A message to the crowd before teaming up
Support from the crowd matters most when the team is in trouble. That was Skyde Jr.’s message before teaming with Andros in 2012. Their name was Héroes del Niño. Ahead of their third match together, Skyde Jr. spoke of how well the pair worked as a team.
He had also thanked fans for their support when reflecting on a match with Dragon Yuki the previous year. He wrote of his pleasure at having brought a Mexican atmosphere to that match. As a student of Jorge Rivera, he has wrestled lucha libre in Japan.
Back in the same corner with Andros
He debuted against Kinya Oyanagi at Shinkiba 1stRING in 2009. The following year, he was announced as a member of SECRET BASE’s roster and continued competing in its ring.
Andros was again his partner at the Osaka show in 2024. Skyde Jr. pinned Crazy J with a lateral roll-up to win for the team. Twelve years after describing their chemistry, the two were still standing in the same corner.
At the Osaka show in 2026, he joined “brother” YASSHI and Shigehiro Irie in a six-man tag match. YASSHI finished with La Magistral. Alongside his partnership with Andros, Skyde Jr. has also competed in multi-man matches with different teammates.
